- Along with your materials and your signed Order Form, you need to send in a completed Duplication Rights Form with your order. This form just tells us that you own the rights to your music, video, data, and etc. Fax it to us at 904.448.3103

- Prepare any artwork you want us to print on your Discs, Covers or Inserts. Provide artwork as a 300 dpi JPG, PDF, or EPS files on CD-R or you can email them to our Graphic Departments

- Send your Master or Duplicate Master along with your Order Form, Duplication Agreement Form and CD-R containing your artwork to:
